Once you have completed your Intro to Pole Dance class, the next part of your journey opens up. We offer a range of class formats designed to fit different goals, schedules, and learning styles, so you can choose what feels right for you. Most students begin with our 4-Week Progressive Courses. These are designed for dedicated skill building with a structured curriculum where each week builds upon the last, offering a cohesive learning experience with a consistent group. This is a great way to solidify your foundation and gain confidence before exploring other options. We also offer Drop-In Classes, which give you the freedom to build your practice on your own schedule. No long-term commitment is required. Once you have completed your Intro class, you can drop into any class at the beginner level. These classes are grouped by focus so you can decide what you want to work on each time you come in. Choose Your Focus for Drop-In Classes Beginner Classes: Build confidence with foundational spins, climbs, and basic technique in a supportive environment. Perfect for students early in their pole journey. Strength Classes: Develop the pulling, gripping, and core strength that powers your pole practice. These classes help you work toward inversions, holds, and greater control. Flow & Choreography: Connect your moves with expression and personal style. Explore transitions, floorwork, and sequences set to music in a creative, low-pressure setting. Practice Time: Unstructured studio time to work on your own goals at your own pace. This is available for students who are already comfortable on the pole and want additional reps. What to Expect in a Class All classes begin with a full-body warm-up to prepare your body for movement and spins. Your instructor will provide step-by-step instruction, and you will have practice time to build your skills. The studio is a fun and supportive space designed to build your confidence and creativity. What to Bring Attire: Shorts and a fitted top or tank top for skin grip on the pole. Knee Pads: Encouraged, especially for floorwork, but not required. Pole Grip: Encouraged, but not required. Water Bottle: To stay hydrated. Prerequisites Each class has a specific prerequisite, so be sure to check the class description before booking. For example, a class like Beginner Sensual Flow requires that you have completed Pole Fun-damentals 1 or have comparable experience. If you have completed our Intro to Pole Dance class, you are ready for any class listed as a beginner level. Your next step is as simple as choosing what excites you most.
