Service Description

Beginner Pole Power is perfect for those ready to focus on building the strength and skills needed for foundational pole tricks. This class is beginner-friendly but requires completion of our Intro to Pole Dance Class. You’ll work on climbing, inverting prep, and other strength-focused moves that lay the groundwork for more advanced tricks. What to Expect: - A warm-up tailored to strength building. - Exercises focused on grip, core engagement, and pole control. - Learning and refining skills like climbing, inverting prep, and other foundational techniques. - A supportive, fun environment that encourages growth and connection. What to Bring: - Comfortable pole dance attire (shorts and a top that allows for skin contact). - Water for hydration. - Knee pads are encouraged but not required. This is a class for building confidence and power, and you’ll leave feeling strong, supported, and inspired.

Cancellation Policy

Class Purchases: - All class purchases are non-refundable. Booking: - Classes must be booked in advance to secure your spot. - All booking is done online. Cancellation: - A minimum of 12 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. - Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time may result in a class deduction from your plan. Missed Classes: - If you miss a class without providing the required 12-hour notice, one class from your plan will be deducted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following these policies. They help us provide a fair and efficient scheduling system for all participants.
