Service Description

This class is for students who have taken our Intro class or have prior experience. It builds the strength needed for more physically demanding tricks, focusing on climbing, invert preparation, and power-based skills. What to Expect: A strength-building warm-up Exercises for grip, core engagement, and control Practice on skills like climbing and invert prep A supportive, fun environment What to Bring: Pole attire (shorts and a fitted top for grip) Water bottle Knee pads (encouraged) Pole grip (optional) Build confidence and power while developing the strength for more advanced moves!

Cancellation Policy

1. Purchase & Refunds: All class purchases are final and non-refundable. 2. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your class up to 24 hours before its start time via your account, subject to availability. 3. No-Shows: Failure to attend without at least 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of your class credit. Class-Specific Logistics: 4. Late Arrivals: Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. Late arrivals will not be admitted and the class will be forfeited. 5. Attire & Etiquette: Wear shorts and a fitted top for grip. You must fully clean your pole if you use grip aids. 6. Recording Policy: Recording is not permitted during instruction. Dedicated time is provided at the end of class. 7. Waiver: All participants must have a signed liability waiver on file. 8. Studio Etiquette: Respect for instructors, fellow students, and studio equipment is expected. By registering for this class, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
