Service Description
Total Flexibility is an all-levels flexibility class designed to help you actively improve your range of motion while strengthening the muscles needed to support it. This isn’t your typical relaxing stretch session—it’s a dynamic workout that focuses on safe, sustainable flexibility gains. Through guided exercises, you’ll build strength, improve posture, and work on targeted areas to unlock new levels of mobility. What to Expect: - A warm-up to prepare your muscles and joints. - Active flexibility drills targeting splits, backbends, shoulders, and more. - Strength-building exercises to support your flexibility and prevent injuries. - Plenty of encouragement, instructor guidance, and fun with friends! What to Bring: - Comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows for movement. - Water to stay hydrated. This class is about progress, not perfection, and you’ll leave feeling accomplished and inspired by your growth.

Cancellation Policy
Class Purchases: - All class purchases are non-refundable. Booking: - Classes must be booked in advance to secure your spot. - All booking is done online. Cancellation: - A minimum of 12 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. - Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time may result in a class deduction from your plan. Missed Classes: - If you miss a class without providing the required 12-hour notice, one class from your plan will be deducted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following these policies. They help us provide a fair and efficient scheduling system for all participants.
