Where to Start

Pole Fun-damentals 1 Course:

We highly recommend starting with our 4-week Pole Fun-damentals 1 course. This course is designed to give you a solid foundation in pole dancing. Over four weeks, you’ll learn basic moves, build strength, and get a real feel for the art of pole dancing. It’s a fantastic way to immerse yourself in the experience and see what it’s all about.

Intro to Pole Dance Class

If you’re looking for a one-time class to dip your toes in, our Intro to Pole Dance class is perfect for you. This class will introduce you to the basics in a fun and supportive environment. It’s a great way to see if pole dancing is something you’d like to pursue further.

To register, select the "Pole Curious" option, which is a single, non-recurring class plan. This option makes it easy to try out a class without any commitment.

Common Concerns

Not Enough Upper Body Strength:

Don't worry about your upper body strength! In the beginning, your arms mainly help you stay on the pole, and you'll build strength as you progress. Most people are surprised by how quickly they grow stronger and more skilled with consistent practice.

For those looking to build strength even faster, our Beginner Pole Conditioning Class is an excellent choice. Whether you take it on its own or alongside your Pole Fun-damentals 1 course, this class focuses on exercises and techniques specifically designed to develop the muscles needed for pole dancing.

Feeling Awkward/No Dance Experience:

It's totally okay to feel awkward or lack dance experience! Our owner didn't have much dance experience when she started either. The feeling of awkwardness fades as you get more comfortable. Plus, we don’t generally notice awkwardness – we’re all here to learn and have fun together.

Not Feeling Sexy:

You don’t need to feel or be sexy to pole dance. Pole dancing is about learning something new, having fun, and enjoying the process. It’s a great way to express yourself and gain confidence without any pressure to be sexy.
