At Oh Foxy, we believe pole dance is for every body and every gender. Whether you've been curious for years or just discovered pole yesterday, we are here to help you take that first step with confidence.
Start Here: Intro to Pole Dance
This is the required first class for anyone new to pole dance. In a safe, welcoming environment, you will learn foundational grips, spins, and movements that build confidence and a solid base for your practice. No experience needed. No fitness level required. Just bring your curiosity.

An awards ceremony to end class
Our instructors are trained to meet you where you are. There is no pressure to get it perfect. This is about exploration and having fun.
What to Wear

Comfortable workout attire (athletic leggings, shorts, or pants are all fine)

No lotion or oils on your skin before class (grip is important!)

We dance barefoot. You are welcome to bring grip socks if you prefer.

A positive attitude
You do not need special equipment. Just bring yourself and a willingness to try.
When to Arrive
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled class time. This gives you time to check in, sign any required waivers, use the restroom, and settle in before we begin.
