Do I need to be fit to start pole dancing?

What should I wear to class?
We recommend shorts and a comfortable top you can move in. Pole dancing relies on skin grip, so showing a little skin helps! Bare feet are perfect, and knee pads are optional if you prefer extra comfort.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just bring a water bottle and a positive attitude—we’ll provide everything else you need to get started.
