We are located at 320 W 4th St., Cincinnati, OH 45202. Please check our online schedule for specific class times and studio hours.
Not at all! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels and backgrounds. We offer foundational programs for absolute beginners.
All genders are welcome and celebrated at our studio. Our classes are inclusive spaces for adults (18+) of all backgrounds, identities, and experience levels.
For beginner classes, shorts and a tank top or t-shirt are ideal, as you need skin contact with the pole for grip. For more advanced classes, athletic shorts and a sports bra are common. We dance barefoot or in pleasers/heels if you are more experienced and they are appropriate for the class style.
Please check the specific class description for a list of suggested items. In general, bring water and a positive attitude! We provide poles and mats. Optional items students often bring include their own grip aid and knee pads for floorwork.
No. For the safety of all our students and instructors, alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises. Drinking before or during a class is not allowed. Vaping or smoking is also not permitted inside the studio.
To protect the privacy and comfort of everyone, you may only take photos or videos of yourself. Recording or photographing other students, instructors, or the class as a whole is strictly prohibited without explicit, prior consent. We always save dedicated time at the end of class for you to safely record your own progress and combos.
For safety and to minimize distractions, we do not allow the use of smart glasses (like Meta glasses) during class. Please secure all personal belongings in the provided cubbies.
Yes, all participants will need to sign a waiver before participating in any pole dancing activities. This can be done upon arrival at the studio.
All participants must be 18 years or older.
Please plan to arrive a few minutes before your class start time. Late arrivals may not be admitted at the instructor's discretion, especially if essential safety instructions or warm-ups have been missed. This policy is for your safety and to minimize disruption to the class.
There is ample paid on-street parking available around our studio. We are also near a paid parking lot; however, since the reopening of the First Financial Center (formerly Duke Energy Center), rates at this lot can be extremely high. We recommend allowing extra time to find and pay for parking to ensure you arrive for class on time.
No, we do not have mirrors in our studio. We believe pole dance is about connecting with how your body feels, not how it looks. Dancing without mirrors allows you to be fully present, trust your own movement, and focus on your strength and sensations rather than your reflection. It's a liberating way to move and learn!
Yes, we have space available for students to quickly change before or after class. We recommend arriving a few minutes early if you need to change so you're ready to start on time.
