Yes, you can wear shoes as long as they are meant for pole dancing (such as Pleaser style). You must first take our Beginner Pole Shoes Workshop, Intro to Flow in Heels 4 Week Course, or have prior experience from another studio.
Our studio features 40mm poles, which are slightly thinner than the 45mm poles commonly found in other studios. This can make gripping and performing tricks easier, especially for those with smaller hands.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel a class, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your spot to another student. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to loss of the class.
Besides your regular workout attire, we recommend bringing knee pads and pole grip to enhance your comfort and performance during classes. Knee pads are particularly helpful for floor work and pole tricks that involve sliding or kneeling.
We recommend starting with our Pole Fun-damentals 1 Course, a 4-week series designed to give you a solid foundation. You can also try our Intro to Pole Dance Class if you want to test the waters first. We have a page dedicated to newcomers.
During registration, select the "Pole Curious" option, which is a single, non-recurring class plan. This allows you to sign up for individual classes without commitment.
Yes, all participants will need to sign a waiver before participating in any pole dancing activities. This can be done upon arrival at the studio.
Absolutely! Men are welcome to join and participate in our pole dance classes and private parties.
For the safety and enjoyment of all participants, we do not allow alcohol in the studio during pole dance parties or classes.
Absolutely! In the beginning, your arms mainly help you stay on the pole, and you'll build strength as you progress. Most people are surprised by how quickly they grow stronger and more skilled with consistent practice.
Yes, it’s totally okay! Our owner didn’t have much dance experience when she started. The feeling of awkwardness goes away as you get more comfortable, and our instructors are here to support you every step of the way. We focus on fun and personal growth, so no need to worry about being perfect.
