Frequently Asked Questions
What if I need to miss a class?
No problem! If you let us know in advance, we’ll help you schedule a make-up session in another class. Just email us at [studio email] before your absence.
Do students repeat levels?
Absolutely! Many students choose to retake a level to:
✔ Build more strength before moving up
✔ Refine their technique
✔ Regain confidence after a break
✔ Simply enjoy the class again
What if I can’t do all the moves by the end?
That’s completely normal! These courses are designed to introduce movements—not master them immediately. Your body will progress at its own pace.
Important: You don’t have to perfect every move to advance. If you’re comfortable with about 80% of the material and feel ready for more challenge, you’re good to go!
Bonus Tip: Most moves reappear in higher levels with new refinements, so you’ll keep improving them naturally.
