Service Description
This class is suggested for students who have completed Pole Fun-damentals 1 & 2 or have comparable experience.Learn how to link pole tricks into seamless, fluid sequences in Tricks & Flow! This class focuses on learning 2-3 new pole tricks and exploring multiple ways to transition between them, helping you build cohesive and stylish combinations. What to Expect: - A full-body warm-up to prepare for movement and spins - Step-by-step breakdown of 2-3 pole tricks each class - Focus on smooth, intentional transitions to connect moves - Practice time to build your own short, personalized flow - A fun and supportive space to build confidence and creativity What to Bring: - Shorts and a tank top or sports bra for grip - Knee pads (encouraged, but not required) - Pole grip (encouraged, but not required) - Water bottle Perfect for students who know individual tricks but want their movement to feel more connected and expressive!

Cancellation Policy
1. Purchase & Refunds: All class purchases are final and non-refundable. 2. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your class up to 24 hours before its start time via your account, subject to availability. 3. No-Shows: Failure to attend without at least 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of your class credit. Class-Specific Logistics: 4. Late Arrivals: Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. Late arrivals will not be admitted and the class will be forfeited. 5. Attire & Etiquette: Wear shorts and a fitted top for grip. You must fully clean your pole if you use grip aids. 6. Recording Policy: Recording is not permitted during instruction. Dedicated time is provided at the end of class. 7. Waiver: All participants must have a signed liability waiver on file. 8. Studio Etiquette: Respect for instructors, fellow students, and studio equipment is expected. By registering for this class, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
