Service Description
This 90-minute intensive workshop provides the knowledge and drills to build the strength and technique for the Shoulder Mount. You will learn foundational progressions and conditioning to effectively practice this inversion on your own. Prerequisite: Students must be able to comfortably invert (chopper) on both sides. What You’ll Learn: Foundational strength drills for shoulder, core, and grip stability Techniques for the cup grip and forearm shelf Shoulder Mount progressions from tuck drills to execution What to Expect: Focused, personalized coaching A focus on safety, body awareness, and proper form Take-home drills to continue building strength and skill What to Wear & Bring: Form-fitting shorts and a top Water bottle Grip aid (recommended) Knee pads (optional) Leave with a clear roadmap for your Shoulder Mount journey.
