Service Description
Sign up to perform in our magical student showcase, Shadows on the Floor on Saturday, October 24th! This is your chance to take the stage and share your unique artistry in a supportive, creative environment. Performer Limit: Enrollment is limited to 10 performers. Those who enroll in the Stage Ready course are guaranteed a spot. To ensure everyone feels confident and prepared for show day, we ask that all performers attend at least one Open Pole session per week leading up to the showcase. This dedicated practice time helps you stay on track with your choreography, build muscle memory, and refine your performance. Stage Ready counts toward this requirement, as it provides structured guidance and rehearsal time. We also recommend using additional Open Pole sessions to practice on your own. This policy is in place to support you and ensure that everyone has a polished, finished routine by dress rehearsal. What You'll Need: A completed performer questionnaire (we will send the link after sign-up) A planned routine, costume, and song choice that fits the magical, mysterious theme Important Dates: Dress Rehearsal: Sunday, October 18th 6:30 PM (Mandatory) Show Day: Saturday, October 24th (Studio available at 5:00 PM, Show at 7:30 PM) By signing up, you are committing to prepare a performance that reflects the magic and mystery of our theme. Cancellation Policy
Commitment: By signing up, you are confirming your intention to perform in the showcase on Saturday, October 24th and agree to prepare a routine, costume, and song choice that fits the magical, mysterious theme. Performer Questionnaire: All performers must complete and submit the performer questionnaire in order to sign up. This form must be submitted by the stated deadline. Open Pole Requirement: All performers must attend at least one Open Pole session per week leading up to the showcase. Stage Ready counts toward this requirement. This policy is in place to ensure everyone stays on track and feels prepared. Dress Rehearsal: Attendance at the dress rehearsal on Sunday, October 18th at 6:30 PM is mandatory. If you cannot attend, you must meet with Ambrosia or KB prior to this date to show your entire routine in costume. Song and Costume Approval: Songs and costumes must be approved to ensure they fit the theme. Show Day Arrival: Performers must arrive at least 30 minutes before doors open (6:30 PM) for check-in and preparation. Community Respect: Respect for fellow performers, staff, and audience members is expected at all times. Waiver: All performers must have a signed liability waiver on file prior to the event.
