Service Description
Rent our studio for professional photo or video shoots. This rental includes exclusive use of the studio space for you and your creative team. Please note that our studio is not a full production studio, but it offers a clean, versatile space with natural and artificial lighting options. Rental Details: One hour of exclusive studio time Access to the pole(s) and sound system Limited furniture and props available upon request (please inquire in advance) Staff member on site for check-in and questions What to Bring: Your own camera and lighting equipment Any props, backdrops, or wardrobe you need Music or device to connect to our sound system (optional) Important Notes: A signed liability waiver is required for all participants and models No instruction or coaching is provided during rental time Please respect the studio space and leave it as you found it All equipment must be removed at the end of your rental time Contact us with any questions or specific setup needs before your rental.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your rental time. All studio rental bookings are non-refundable. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your rental with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in forfeiture of payment. 3. Rental Time: Your rental begins and ends at the scheduled time. Please arrive on time and vacate the studio promptly at the end of your session. 4. No Instruction: This rental includes studio access only. No instruction, coaching, or choreography help is provided. 5. Waiver: All participants must have a signed liability waiver on file before entering the studio. 6. Studio Etiquette: Please respect the studio space and equipment. You are responsible for leaving the studio in the condition you found it. 7. Equipment & Props: You may use the poles and sound system. Any additional equipment or props must be provided by you. 8. Prohibited Items: Fog machines, haze machines, glitter, confetti, and any other items that may damage the studio or leave excessive residue are strictly prohibited. 9. Capacity: Individual practice rentals are for one person only. Photo/video rentals may include your creative team. 10. Music Volume: Music volume must be kept at a respectful level. Please be mindful of our residential neighbors. 11. Expiration: All rentals expire one year from the date of purchase. By booking a private studio rental, you agree to these terms.
