Service Description

This 4-week course is designed for students ready to introduce heels to their pole journey. Learn to walk, dance, and move with confidence in pole heels, starting with the fundamentals of balance, posture, and safe movement in elevated shoes. Prerequisite: Completion of Pole Fun-damentals 3 or equivalent experience recommended. What You’ll Learn: The fundamentals of walking and balancing in heels Basic heel clacks, pivots, and directional changes Simple floorwork and low-pole movements designed for heels How to integrate heel technique into your existing flow What to Expect: A supportive, patient environment for first-time heel wearers Step-by-step instruction focused on safety and building confidence Drills to improve stability, posture, and control A fun, low-pressure space to explore this exciting new skill Required Heel Specifications: Pole-only heels (never worn outside) 7"" or 8"" height strongly recommended (6"" allowed, not preferred) Must have a secure ankle strap Boots are highly recommended for added ankle support What to Wear: Comfortable pole attire (shorts and a fitted top) Your pole heels (see specifications above) What to Bring: Water bottle A positive attitude and readiness to learn Note: Unsure about purchasing shoes? Cancellation Policy

1. Purchase & Refunds: All class purchases are final and non-refundable. 2. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your class up to 24 hours before its start time via your account, subject to availability. 3. No-Shows: Failure to attend without at least 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of your class credit. Class-Specific Logistics: 4. Late Arrivals: Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. Late arrivals will not be admitted and the class will be forfeited. 5. Attire & Etiquette: Wear shorts and a fitted top for grip. You must fully clean your pole if you use grip aids. 6. Recording Policy: Recording is not permitted during instruction. Dedicated time is provided at the end of class. 7. Waiver: All participants must have a signed liability waiver on file. 8. Studio Etiquette: Respect for instructors, fellow students, and studio equipment is expected. By registering for this class, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
