Service Description
Prerequisite: Completion of Pole Fun-damentals 1 required. Pole Fun-damentals 2 expands on your foundation, focusing on improving climbs and introducing inverts. Over four weeks, we will build comfort with spins, knee locks, pole sits, and spend more time on spinning pole, all while having fun! What to Expect: Improve climbing technique (learned in Fun-damentals 1) Introduction to safe inverting, getting you comfortable with being upside down Continued work on knee locks, pole sits, and spins More time on spinning pole technique Week 4: Practice a complete routine combining new and refined skills What to Bring: Comfortable pole wear (shorts required) Water bottle Knee pads (strongly encouraged) Join to grow your pole skills, try exciting new moves, and see your progress unfold!
