Service Description

This class focuses on active flexibility, controlled movement, and building strength for pole tricks. Bring determination and a willingness to work hard! Prerequisite: Pole experience required (completion of Pole Fun-damentals 1 or comparable suggested). What to Expect: Targeted active stretches to increase range of motion Pole tricks that build strength within your flexibility Progressive skill-building at your own pace A supportive environment to challenge yourself What to Bring: Comfortable pole wear (shorts required) Water bottle Knee pads (highly encouraged) Pole grip (optional) Pole Flex meets you at your level, helping you build active flexibility and strength for your pole journey.

Cancellation Policy

1. Purchase & Refunds: All class purchases are final and non-refundable. 2. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your class up to 24 hours before its start time via your account, subject to availability. 3. No-Shows: Failure to attend without at least 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of your class credit. Class-Specific Logistics: 4. Late Arrivals: Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. Late arrivals will not be admitted and the class will be forfeited. 5. Attire & Etiquette: Wear shorts and a fitted top for grip. You must fully clean your pole if you use grip aids. 6. Recording Policy: Recording is not permitted during instruction. Dedicated time is provided at the end of class. 7. Waiver: All participants must have a signed liability waiver on file. 8. Studio Etiquette: Respect for instructors, fellow students, and studio equipment is expected. By registering for this class, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
