Service Description
Prerequisite: Pole experience required (suggested: completion of Pole Fun-damentals 1 or comparable). This class focuses on active flexibility, controlled movement, and building strength for pole tricks. Bring determination and a willingness to expand your limits! What to Expect: Targeted stretches to increase your range of motion Pole tricks tailored to your current skill level Progressive skill-building at your own pace Variations offered for different abilities A supportive environment to challenge yourself What to Bring: Comfortable pole wear (shorts required for grip) Water bottle Knee pads (highly encouraged) Pole Flex meets you at your level, helping you bend further and grip stronger with every session.

Cancellation Policy
Class Purchases: - All class purchases are non-refundable. Booking: - Classes must be booked in advance to secure your spot. - All booking is done online. Cancellation: - A minimum of 12 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. - Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time may result in a class deduction from your plan. Missed Classes: - If you miss a class without providing the required 12-hour notice, one class from your plan will be deducted.
