Service Description
This class dedicates 30 minutes to targeted strength and flexibility conditioning for pole, followed by 30 minutes of open pole time to practice any tricks you are currently working on. Prerequisite: Prior pole experience is required. Beginners should have attended enough classes to know specific tricks to practice. What to Expect: 30 minutes of focused conditioning exercises 30 minutes of supported open pole practice What to Bring: Comfortable workout clothing (shorts required for grip) Water bottle Pole grip (optional) Pole heels (optional) Build the foundation you need and then put it to work on your goals!

Cancellation Policy
1. Purchase & Refunds: All class purchases are final and non-refundable. 2. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your class up to 24 hours before its start time via your account, subject to availability. 3. No-Shows: Failure to attend without at least 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of your class credit. Class-Specific Logistics: 4. Late Arrivals: Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. Late arrivals will not be admitted and the class will be forfeited. 5. Attire & Etiquette: Wear shorts and a fitted top for grip. You must fully clean your pole if you use grip aids. 6. Recording Policy: Recording is not permitted during instruction. Dedicated time is provided at the end of class. 7. Waiver: All participants must have a signed liability waiver on file. 8. Studio Etiquette: Respect for instructors, fellow students, and studio equipment is expected. By registering for this class, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
