Discover your flow in this sassy, soulful dance class! Low Pole Flow focuses on floorwork and the bottom third of the pole, blending creative expression, musicality, and smooth transitions in a fun, supportive space. Prerequisite: Intro to Pole Dance or previous beginner pole experience required. What to Expect: A warm-up that helps you connect with your body and awaken your movement Step-by-step instruction for fluid movement, floorwork, and low-pole tricks Dance combos that tie everything into a seamless, expressive flow A chance to build confidence, play with style, and celebrate your unique vibe What to Bring: Comfortable movement clothes (grip-friendly shorts recommended) Knee pads and socks for floorwork Water to stay hydrated Come play, connect, and discover just how powerful your flow can be!

Cancellation Policy
Purchase & Refunds: All class purchases are final and non-refundable. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your class up to 24 hours before its start time via your account, subject to availability. Changes within 24 hours are not permitted. Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Arriving on time is required for safety and to avoid disrupting the class. The studio door will be locked at the class start time. Late arrivals will not be admitted. Any missed class without proper rescheduling will result in forfeiture of the class credit or payment. Attire & Pole Etiquette: For safety and proper grip, wear shorts and a fitted top. If you use grip aids, you must fully clean your pole of all residue after class using the provided studio towels. Recording Policy: To maintain privacy and focus, recording is not permitted during instructional time. You will have dedicated time at the end of class to record the routine or tricks you learned. Waiver: All participants must have a signed liability waiver on file. First-time students should arrive early to complete this in person. Studio Etiquette: Respect for instructors, fellow students, and studio equipment is expected at all times. By registering for this class, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
