Whether you've successfully completed our Intro to Pole Dance class or have been part of any of our Pole Fun-damentals courses, this class is tailored for beginners like you. However, all levels are invited to join, making it an inclusive and empowering experience. Focused on building the strength and stamina required for more challenging pole dance moves, this class prioritizes a solid foundation. Through targeted conditioning exercises, our goal is to equip you with the physical readiness needed for the demands of pole dancing. Led by experienced instructors, the class emphasizes practical techniques and movements to enhance strength. It's about understanding and mastering the foundation of pole dance with confidence. Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Oh Foxy Pole Dance Studio. To streamline our class scheduling and ensure effective attendance, please familiarize yourself with our booking and cancellation policy: Booking: 1. Classes must be booked in advance to secure your spot. 2. Booking can be done online or in person at the studio. Cancellation: 1. A minimum of 12 hours' notice is required for cancellations. 2. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time may result in a class deduction from your plan. Missed Classes: 1. If you miss a class without cancellation, one class from your plan will be deducted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies.
