    Beginner Heels Conditioning focuses on building the muscles and strength needed to feel more comfortable dancing in Pole Dance Heels. Designed for those who have taken Intro to Heels, Intro to Flow in Heels, or Beginner Heels Workshops, this class will help you develop the stability and confidence required to dance gracefully and safely in heels. Join us to enhance your pole dancing skills and enjoy dancing in heels with greater ease and poise!

    Cancellation Policy

    Thank you for choosing Oh Foxy Pole Dance Studio. To streamline our class scheduling and ensure effective attendance, please familiarize yourself with our booking and cancellation policy: Booking: 1. Classes must be booked in advance to secure your spot. 2. Booking can be done online or in person at the studio. Cancellation: 1. A minimum of 12 hours' notice is required for cancellations. 2. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time may result in a class deduction from your plan. Missed Classes: 1. If you miss a class without cancellation, one class from your plan will be deducted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies.
